- Six pre-authorized, automatic, or telephone withdrawals or transfers, as determined by Federal regulation, are allowed from your account each month at no charge. No more than three of the six transfers may be by check, draft or similar order. $10.00 Excess Debit fee when limits are exceeded. Please refer to the account disclosure you received when opening your account for other limitations.
