To assist in maintaining the health and wellness of our customers, employees, and community, we have implemented health and safety guidelines at all branch locations amid the current public health situation surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19). Although some of our lobbies have reopened, we encourage customers to limit their use of the lobby for essential transactions only, such as accessing your safe deposit box, utilizing notary services, or opening a new account. Our Drive Thru and digital banking options are a secure and convenient way to complete day-to-day transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments. We appreciate your help in keeping our community healthy!
The following AuburnBank lobbies will remain closed and available by appointment only:
- Auburn and Phenix City LPO's by appointment only
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate response measures as needs arise. We ask for your patience and understanding while we work to keep customers and employees safe during this time.

BANK PROCEDURES TO MAINTAIN HEALTH & SAFETY
IDENTITY VERIFICATION
If you are choosing to wear a mask as a protective health measure, we may ask you to temporarily remove your mask in order to complete proper identification procedures. If you are uncomfortable lowering your mask, please consider Drive Thru or digital banking options.
SAFE PHYSICAL DISTANCING
You’ll find signage throughout the branch indicating safe spacing locations as you wait to complete transactions. Please adhere to any provided spacing markers to maintain safe distancing during your visit.
-
Social Distancing stickers will be located throughout the lobby.
-
Counter Shields: Counter shields have been placed throughout the branch in high traffic areas including the teller line. For your safety and the safety of our staff, please stay behind the counter shields throughout your entire transaction.
HYGIENE & PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
We ask that you do not move, remove, or tamper with signage and protective equipment that has been put in place to protect our customers and employees. If you are meeting with a Loan or Member Service Officer in a private office, please limit close contact and utilize healthy hygiene tactics. Hand sanitizer has been provided throughout our branches.
IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL
If you, or a member of your household, are feeling sick, experiencing a fever, cough, or sore throat we ask that you consider staying at home or using our convenient digital banking options or our drive thru facilities. Thank you for helping us protect our community.
