Application Checklist

Gathering complete and accurate information prior to applying for your mortgage loan will help speed up the process. Use our checklist to make sure you have all the proper documentation needed to expedite your loan.

  • •Government issued photo ID for all applicants.
  • •Social Security Number – yours and any other borrower who will be named on the loan
  • •A list of any other real estate you may own along with current mortgage statements for those properties.

After deciding to move forward with your AuburnBank Mortgage, you may be asked to provide the following additional information:

  • •Current pay stubs showing your year-to-date earnings.
  • •W-2 forms for the past year.
  • •If you are self-employed, two years of tax returns will be required.
  • •Your two most recent bank statements for all checking and savings accounts.  Additional information could be required.
  • •A final signed purchase contract on the home you wish to buy. Include a receipt for earnest money or a deposit you have put down on the house.
  • •A copy of the purchase contract for your existing property, if applicable.
